Fine Dining in Hong Kong

While on our trip to Hong Kong we had a lot of really good meals. This one stood out more than some of the others and I thought I would share it with you, mainly Mike. We had Hot Pot one not in HK which we eat at home during the winter. They told me they would order things we do not normally eat at home. This dish then appeared by my side ready for the Hot Pot. See if you can figure out what it is and they tasted better than they looked.

You have got to be kidding. That bowl must be smaller then I thought.

I don't thinkthey were Rooster, that's what Francy said. I told her I didn't think so that they were bigger than mine.
